AS 33.30.191(a) is amended to read: (a) It is the policy of the state that prisoners be productively employed for as many hours each day as feasible ª, NOT TO EXCEED 40 HOURS A WEEK UNLESS OVERTIME HAS BEEN SPECIFICALLY APPROVED BY THE COMMISSIONERß."
